Pay securely
Your payment goes to Drobe, not the seller. We hold it in escrow until you confirm everything is fine.
Receive your item
The seller ships with tracking. You can follow your package all the way to your door.
Confirm & release
Inspect the item. If it matches the listing, tap "Confirm received" and the seller gets paid. If not, open a dispute.
For sellers
List with a video
Record a short video showing the item — condition, label, fit. This is your proof and your best sales tool.
Receive an order
When a buyer checks out, you get notified. Package the item carefully and ship within 3 business days.
Ship with tracking
Use any courier that provides tracking — Giglogistics, DHL, GIG, RedStar. Upload the tracking number on your dashboard.
Get paid
After the buyer confirms receipt (or 48 hours pass), your payout is released to your Drobe wallet, ready to withdraw.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our team reviews the video listing, photos, and your complaint. We side with the facts — and we side with honesty.
