How does escrow work?
When you pay for an item, your money goes to Drobe — not the seller. The seller ships the item. Once you confirm it arrived as described, we release the payment to the seller. If you don't confirm within 48 hours, we release it automatically. If something is wrong, you can open a dispute.
What if the item is not as described?
Open a dispute within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our team will review the video listing, photos, and your complaint, and make a fair decision. We side with buyers when sellers misrepresent items.
How do I know the listing is real?
Every listing on Drobe must include a real video of the actual item. No stock photos, no screenshots from other sites. What you see in the video is what you get.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are processed through Paystack, Nigeria's most trusted payment gateway. Drobe never stores your card details.
What if a seller doesn't ship?
If a seller fails to ship within the agreed window, you can open a dispute and we will refund your money in full. Sellers who repeatedly fail to ship are removed from the platform.
How are sellers verified?
Sellers can apply for verification by submitting government ID and completing our review process. Verified sellers earn a badge on their profile and listings, giving buyers extra confidence.
